The usual shoulder moves with surgical tubing. Doubling up on the ones that seem to work best. Then my basic strength work of heel raises, squats, situps/ab wheel, pushups and curls. Twice through in less than 20 minutes. Kept the heart rate up fairly well. Hoping the snow stops and we can have a good hike tomorrow.
