all supersetted with inverted bosu ball air squats, 8 reps, and hanging knee raises with a chain chaser, 8 reps
I probably won't be able to walk upright tomorrow but today is good. Try like a bastard to get to Yoga tomorrow and stretch these hip flexors out.
