Work out group 6 of us showed up.
Standard warm up and mobility, with the twist that each participant selected movements.
2, 3, 4 for 5 minutes
2 push ups, 3 inch worms, 4 walking lunges, continuous for 5 minutes
Tabata Cycle
Supine rows/ push ups
air squats/lunges
v-ups/superman
rocket girls/speed skaters
set up 6 hurdles, and worked on stepping over and under, mixed it up with a box hop and some type of movement back to the starting point, forward or backward shuffle, bear crawls, and so on
