Just an off day. S joined me for the OHS. He's been out and busy for a while so it was nice to work out together again. Alas, I felt kinda off. I think Monday, was harder than I'm willing to admit, and although I took yesterday of entirely, I also ate like a bear -- so, try again tomorrow.
