Yoga on thursday. Good hour session, heavy on upper body and core. We didn't do half moon so my performance angst after a solid success on tuesday was unfounded.
On sunday, did the strength interval routine: 2 sets each: heel raises, one leg at a time with 40 lbs, 15 parallel squats 80 lbs, 15 air squats, 20 abroller extensions, 10 dumbbell rows 40 lbs, 3 sets perfect pushups arms in, dumbbell curls 40 lb dumbbells 8 and 6 reps. Then a mile dog walk to wrap it up.
