MFG workout #4 all by myself.

Hang squat cleans, 7x7 +3, 135# lots of rest between sets, really, pretty easy done this way. But the point is to develop a foundation so no apology.

You must be winning the battle. Most anyone else would have been going "Meh." after the second month or so. Keep up the good work!

It is easier to eat the zone in maintence mode then weight loss. 15 blocks sucks. Weight loss is hard and it sucks. Trying to maintain a high level of activity on a calorie restricted diet sucks. Sucks! But, the lower blood pressure is a good thing. Less weight to lug around is a good thing -- easier on the knees and hips. Having goals helps too. I'm getting a kick out of training for the Maine Fittest Games -- just keeps stuff fresh.
