Warm up: Ran a mile on the dreadmill. Each 400 yards I increased the speed by .5 mile, so started and 4mph and ended at 5.5mph. Work: 3 rounds, Back Squats, 8x185 Inverted Bosu ball Air Squats, 12 Blast offs, 5 per side Cable Crunches, 2x12@150#

Did my tire flipping, farmer/waiter walk thing added some inverted bosu ball squats and a handful of box ups on Wednesday. I like that but as with everything variety is the spice of life so I'm going to have to start mixing it up. Did Yoga on Thursday, and that was pretty ok, though we did have fire alarm about 2/3 of the way through and had to evacuate the building. Today I plan on more of the tire flipping routine thing. And then it is the weekend. It would be nice to work a couple of walks in.

Did Yoga yesterday and today. I find I am getting antsy with it. I still very clearly see the benefits but I think I'm going to switch it up next week. M-W-F calisthenics and stuff do yoga on T-Th and see how that goes. If I still have the sustained benefits from yoga and the slightly higher intensity good. But, if I fall back from the joint mobility I've achieved I'll have to re-access.

Joined a group workout today. Outside warm and sunny. Standard mix of skips, runs, carioca and so on for warm up. Followed by general mobility. 4 rounds of 5 Burpbees 20-10 Mtn Climbers single out 20 Squats 10Push ups 20 v-ups 10 Jumping jacks 10 Scissor kicks

Well, I got back to fairly regular activity. But, I lost track of the time to post regularly. So, I'll see if I can catch up a little.

Consistently doing yoga 3-4 times a week. But, the last couple of weeks I've added 2 days a week of run a mile on the treadmill, 200 yards of tire flipping, 200 yards of waiter walk, 200 yards or farmers walk. Just trying to build back a foundation of work capacity. Those 3 movements seem to be a full body workout.

I'll try to get back to more regular updates. But, in truth reading an entry that says "Yoga" over and over is bad blogging.
