I thought I was going to do Yoga today, but, the new schedule doesn't start till next week, D'OH!

Ham Raises, 3x8

Farmers walk, 100# dumbbells, 75ft
4 way neck machine, 150#, 5x5x5x5
Cable Push Pull, 50#10 each side
Halo swings, 30# dumbbell swings, 10 or so,
Farmers walk, 100# dumbbells, 75ft
