Inverted bosu ball air squats/Air Squats, 4/8, 4/8, 12 I got the foot placement right on the last set, the first two I was wobbling like a bowl full of jello.



lateral lunge twisting cable crunches 150#, 2x8, 2

This is a straight standing cable crunch so imagine it lunged to the side and twisting opposite elbow to the opposite knee.

contra-lateral dumbbell high pulls standing on a half roller, 35#, 2x8, 2
