3-5-2013

Went through my shoulder routine trying to relieve pain and regain range of motion. Seems like one or two moves have the impact and the rest not so sure. Think I will double up on the apparent effective ones. Also did the yoga scheme. Been feeling knotty and it definitely relieved the tightness. Went to finish with a good meditation session but a persistent nose whistle messed with my concentration. Blew it, picked it ,tried to ignore it. Eventually quit before reaching the desired relaxation level. Got to find a solution short of netti pot every night.
