weighted hanging knee raises, 8

Hang squat cleans, 135#, 8
Inverted bosu ball air squats, 8
blast offs, 4 per side
weighted hanging knee raises, 8
canoe paddle... seated on plyo ball, feet on bosu ball, and 15lb bar, simulate canoe paddling 8 per side

Beastmaster for 10 minutes
