2-3-15

After Thursday yoga, slacked til Sunday. Did two sets of the strength scheme: heel raises: one leg at a time with 80 lbs, 15 squats with 80, 30 step ups on chair, 20 ab roller full extensions, 10 dumbbell rows with 40 lbs, 15 perfect pushups hands aligned with sides, 8 curls with 40 lb d-bells. Then walked a hilly mile with the dogs.

Today, tuesday, an hour of power yoga. Good overall workout. Milestone was making it to  the end of half moon, including bind, on both sides. A first. Not pretty, but progress.
