Pushup burpee to a pullup, 6
Goodmornings, 45lb, 8
1/4 mile dreadmill, 4mph

Cleans, 89lbs, 6
1/4 mile dreadmill, 4mph

Cable crunches, 150lbs, 12
1/4 mile dreadmill, 4mph

I wanted to not dump the vest so l adjusted the cross training movements and sequenc.  I'll try to hit 3 like this this week.  Plus two, focused more on resistance, we will see.
