Glute-Ham Raises, 12, 12, 12, 12, 12, 12

1x4 set of hang squat cleans 185# cause some wankers were dropping it and I was sick of it, so I showed them how to do it without dropping it.

OHS 2x10, 135#
Calf Raises, 2x8, 135#

Worked in with "W" doing 5x5 of Squat Jerks, all around 150#

Wrist Rollers
Farmers walk, 100#

Cable Crunches
