MFG Workout #1, 3 of us hit it.

Warm up

3 rounds

10 pull ups, 10 supine rows
20 box jumps
15 wall balls
10 burpees

Work

Floor to overhead anyhow, 95# 40 reps

medi-ball baton relay
12lb medi-ball, run 110 yards pass ball to teammate, they repeat, and so on for 1 mile

Cool down

3 rounds

10 burpees
deadlift, 2 reps, 272#

So how are you doing in general with your bulge battling? I think I'm losing. Badly. Got a job offer that'll help, though. Running non-stop from start to finish.

Bulge battle is ongoing. The latest motivation is the Maine Fittest Games. Alas, I can't actually attend the event (look over in the links for the link to the blog site). 3 of us are working up to the commitment to train for the event, none-the-less. Today's was our first attempt. While we have a ways to go I was really pleased by how we handled today. Congrats on the job.
