Warm up

Push up Burpees w/pull up, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
hyper-extensions, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

Work
Incline Bench Press, 5x6, 135#
super set
Single Leg Squats/Blast offs, 5x6x6, 45#/body weight

Core
Farmers Walk, 100#, 90#, 80#
4 Way neck machine, 150#, 3x20
Cable Crunches, 3x30, 150#
Broomstick twists, till I got bored.

Humid and stuffy, ick, felt like crap at the outset but increasingly good as the workout progressed.
