Tired and sore. Weighted vest (kinda unnecessary). Some dork was running on my mill (it is my mill only because it has the best program for intervals).

Did some rack pulls and light dead lift for warm ups and light seated press on the machine. Some inchworms, and some push up burpbees with pull ups.

Tired and sore.

Deadlift, 275#, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
Machine seated Military press, 200#, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10
Dumbbell Snatch, 75#, 4, 4, 3, 2, 1

Call it good.
