6-25-14

My original plan was to run monday, yoga tuesday and thursday, run friday. Yoga was cancelled tues due to  a customer meeting in the room, so we bagged tuesday and ran today, wednesday, instead. Hot and humid so we really cooked and didn't push to the normal level. The 3 mile route took around 39 minutes on cooler monday and 42 today. It was a comfortable pace, with a pretty hard finish. Felt about right and I was still functional at work in the PM, a necessary thing.
