Hit the wall over the weekend after 3 runs and a yoga session with spotty sleep. Felt better today (monday) and did the 3 mile lunch run in 41:20, almost 2 minutes slower than friday. Fine with me though. Hot, humid day and becoming more respectful of the need for recovery time. Day off tomorrow and planning to run on wed.
