So, been at it pretty steady.  Lots of walking with the 45lb backpack last week, nearly 6 miles one day.  Made it in the gym on Tuesday for a dreadmill run.  Two-a-day today, walked this morning and ran mid-day in the gym, probably close to 8 miles by days end.  Eating cleaner and less, trying to pull the weight back down.  The first week like that you frequently lose 6-7lbs of drek and fluid, then the work starts.  Last year I had it down to 195lbs and that was good except that the summer was, well summer and I dislike hot and humid.  So, I've got to make a plan for at least maintenance next year.
