So, several more days of regular workouts.  I'm reducing calories which in turn means I'm reducing intensity.  Did a fun-with-weights on Wednesday and was a little sore on Thursday.  Took Thursday off, back at it today, easy 3 on the dreadmill at noon.  I'll aim to get some long walks in this weekend.
