6-23-14

I was really tired by friday last week after working out every day monday-thursday. Took friday off and gardened all weekend, but no real fitness activity. Ran 3 miles today at lunch in about 39 minutes even. This is a good time for me and my group. Finally felt some spring in my legs after sensing fatigue all weekend. The lesson appears to be to get some more rest. Planning to take off wednesday this week to get a mid-week break.
